“Being the host of an event which brings together the most important market players of online commerce was, again, a great experience this year”, says Matthias Schulte, Managing Director of Tradebyte and host of the E-Channels-Day. “E-commerce is so dynamic and there‘s so much development especially in the area of omnichannels that there is plenty of need for discussions and exchange for all market players. We are very proud to be able to offer an attractive platform for that.” The high demand on exchanging information can also be measured through the numerous one-to-one meetings at the ECD: 220 individual discussions between vendors and potential customers could be arranged beforehand and during the event.

At the end of the event, there was another exciting highlight that all the ECD participants were looking forward to: winning the BBQ grill put into the raffle by Tradebyte and Johannes Altmann from Shoplupe. And not just that: The winning company will also enjoy an exclusive BBQ afternoon including professional e-commerce coaching by Johannes Altmann. And the winning team came from Hanover! modotex, a specialist in e-commerce for the fashion industry can rejoice about this addition to its inventory and look forward to a unique BBQ event.
